Unlike Windows and Linux, our macOS versions of Insurgency/Day of Infamy do not automatically send us a report when your game crashes. These crash reports help us immensely when troubleshooting what's wrong with a player's game and help guide us in fixing it. For now, we ask that if you crash on macOS, you submit to us your crash report manually.
When the game client crashes, it should display an error window with text something like "The application "Insurgency" quit unexpectedly."
In the bottom middle part of this window, you will see a "report" button. Click on it, and it will open a "Problem Report" window. This is your crash report. Take the text from that window, copy it, and paste it on the site www.pastebin.com
Doing this will generate a link with your pasted crash report. Submit this link within a ticket, along with a brief description of the crash explaining when and where it happened. If you have custom content from the Steam Workshop, and what your current video settings are in-game. Additionally, please include any information you feel will help us figure out the crash and ultimately fix it.
